Abstract

The Data Analysis Team of the Seismology Working Group of COROT performed several hare-and-hound exercises. These exercises aimed at putting the team in a situation as if they would analyze data coming out of the COROT spacecraft. In total the team performed five different exercises simulating solar-like stars (HH#1, HH#2, HH#3), classical pulsators (HH#5), validating seismic calibration of stellar model (HH#2, HH#3) and pushing the limit of detection (HH#4). This paper tries both to serve as a summary and as a portal to other publications of the DAT.
